A detailed guide to the CyberSEO Pro plugin – CyberSEO Pro

In the rapidly evolving e-commerce landscape, affiliates often struggle with the challenge of crafting compelling descriptions and advertisements for products they promote. Most marketplaces provide affiliates with XML or CVS files, featuring lists of product names, images, prices, and referral links. However, the product descriptions are often absent, creating a significant gap. Filling this gap manually is time-consuming and often impractical, especially when the success of your online presence heavily relies on unique and quality content. Thankfully, artificial intelligence comes to the rescue by providing unique promotional content for various marketplace products based on their names.

This article will guide you through the process of generating unique product descriptions using the artificial intelligence capabilities of OpenAI GPT, integrated within the CyberSEO Pro plugin for WordPress.

To get started, go to the Ad Center in your AliExpress Portals account. Select the products you would like to promote as an affiliate. Click “Promote all items” and save the generated CSV file with your selected products to your local disk. Then upload it to your server as we need its HTTP(S)-accessible URL for the next steps.

Next, open CyberSEO Pro Syndicator and enter the URL of your CSV file as content source. Select the preset “AliExpress CSV (requires OpenAI PAI key)” and click on “Syndicate”. This action will take you to the Feed Settings menu. Here you can view the structure of the CSV file converted to XML format (CyberSEO Pro plugin automatically converts all imported content sources to XML) and set various options for product import. For example, you can set a schedule for automatically adding new items to your site, assign categories and tags to the generated promotion pages, and also set their post type to “post”, “page” or “product” if you want to import products to your WordPress site as WooCommerce products.

After saving your settings, the setup is complete! From this point on, CyberSEO Pro plugin will start creating new promotion posts for items from your AliExpress CSV product list. Each post will contain the product name, its image, price, a “Buy Now” button linked to the original product page on AliExpress with your affiliate referral code, and most importantly, a unique product description generated by OpenAI GPT.

By default, the “AliExpress CSV (requires OpenAI PAI key)” preset uses the OpenAI GPT 3.5 Turbo model, but you can switch CyberSEO Pro to use any other model, such as GPT-4, in the “Ai article generation” tab of the feed settings. This tab also allows you to fine-tune the text assignment (prompt) sent to OpenAI GPT to generate promotional messages based on the product names in your CSV file.

In conclusion, the CyberSEO Pro plugin combined with the power of OpenAI GPT provides a powerful solution to automate the creation of unique and engaging product descriptions, thereby enhancing your affiliate marketing efforts.

The benefits of cold temperature treatments – The Beauty Biz

How an icy blast can do you good!

Author: Doreen Corbey
August 13 2009

As humans we seem instinctively to gravitate towards warmth and heat: we like warm jets in Jacuzzis, steam rooms, saunas, central heating. In the UK & USA, we’re just not very good at putting our bodies through feeling cold, and when we hear of people subjecting themselves to early morning swims in the freezing sea, it sends a shiver down our spines!

In continental Europe however, they are more advanced in having recognised the benefits of cold. Imagine tearing yourself from a warm bath then leaping into an ice cold plunge pool. It’s invigorating – you take deep breaths, it’s oxygenating! You leave the cold pool feeling alive! This is not some form of torture but a boost to the immune system and a strengthening treatment.

In the salon – LaStone therapy

In LaStone therapy, which I practise, I use alternating heated and chilled stones; hot stones at 50ºC+ and marble stones from the fridge (or freezer depending on the strength of the client). Alternating these temperatures has a wonderful rejuvenating effect on the body and, even if it seems scary at first, it’s extremely relaxing, without leaving you lethargic or listless at the end. Think of a hot sauna and how you soon long for a cool breeze, marble floor on your feet, anything but the heat.

article continued

The cold stones have the effect of initially speeding up breathing and moving blood from the surface of the skin, but once the body has become used to the temperature, the muscles relax and blood returns to the skin leaving it glowing. This treatment is great for removing toxins from the body, especially the draining sequence of a facial massage with the marble stones.

At home

There are, of course, cold water treatments you can try for yourself at home – cold showers are not just for Eastern European athletes! If you don’t have a shower, or removable shower head, a bowl of water will do.

Make sure you’ve bathed/showered with hot water and that your body is warm. Then, taking the shower head, turn the water to cold and direct it at one foot and up the front of that leg til you reach the hip. Then start again at the foot and direct the water up the other side of the leg. Repeat on the other leg. When you’re feeling stronger, continue the jet of water up the whole front of the body and lastly the back. For the first few goes it’s fine to go just go as far as the tops of your legs.

The usual rule of alternating temperature treatments is that you generally start warming the body, then chilling it and repeat this twice more. However, this is not always feasible and, I think uses too much water, so I generally just start off with hot and finish with a cold rinse.

Still not persuaded?

If the idea of getting cold still holds no allure, ask yourself why athletes and dancers are advised to immerse their limbs in buckets of knee- deep ice cold water. Answer – it prevents injury and reduces swelling even before it’s apparent. After every treatment I give, especially after massage, I immerse my hands and arms in cold water – it feels like ice-cream on a hot day. My cold rinse at the end of every shower leaves me feeling alive and zinging.

Give some cold water treatment a try – your body will thank you for it!

Great flags designed by school children for Antarctica Day 2015! – News – EducaPoles

IPF President Alain Hubert displaying the flags at Novo station

© International Polar Foundation

Antarctica Day on December 1st was celebrated by people around the world to recognize the peaceful protection of Antarctica as an international space. More than 50 countries work together to protect the Antarctic environment and share their scientific research using a peaceful agreement called the Antarctic Treaty System.

Schools were invited by the International Polar Foundation to design flags for Antarctica and teachers sent a selection of flags which had been made by their students. The IPF received a total of 38 wonderful flags from schools in the United Kingdom, the United States and South Africa. Children from France and Slovakia who had learned about the project from Professor Sneeze also participated in the initiative.

The flags were sent to Antarctica where they were photographed at Novolazarevskaya station located at 70°46’S, 11°50’E, Dronning Maud Land, in East Antarctica. Two photographs of the flags in Antarctica and a signed certificate were sent to the participating schools and children.

Year 4 pupils at Darley Dale Primary School in the United Kingdom greatly enjoyed Antarctica Day as they participated in a workshop with Executive Secretary for IPF UK, Dr. Liz Pasteur. During the workshop, they dressed up in polar clothing and learned a lot about Antarctica as well as sea level rise and ocean acidification by doing science experiments.

This activity is organized in collaboration with Our Spaces and the UK Polar Network.

We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to making Antarctica Day a wonderful experience for all the participants!

How to resolve full posts appearing on your site’s first page – CyberSEO Pro

Many users face the issue of full posts appearing on their site’s first page instead of the desired excerpts when using the CyberSEO Pro plugin for WordPress. The reason behind it is that when an text is processed using a content spinner like OpenAI GPT spinner, WordAI, Spinner Chief etc, the plugin processes only the title and main content. The WordPress post excerpt is not processed to save money spent on using third-party service APIs.

Consequently, after processing, the main text is copied to the WordPress post excerpt, causing full post texts to be displayed instead of their brief content. To address this issue, you can start by adjusting your WordPress theme to limit the displayed post texts on your site’s main page to a specific word count. This will ensure that only the excerpts are shown instead of the full text.

However, if your theme does not have the necessary option, you can use the Shorten post excerpts option in the feed settings. This allows you to limit the post excerpt’s size to a specified word count, ensuring that only the excerpt is displayed.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to generate a WordPress post excerpt at all and leave it empty, set the Shorten post excerpts value to zero. This will prevent the excerpt from being created, leaving it empty.

Bio-energiser Aqua Detox treatment – The Beauty Biz

How you can relax as you detox with a salon foot spa treatment

Author: Angela Squires
June 10 2007

Detoxing has become a big topic in the world of health and wellness. But what exactly is it, and why is it important? This article will look into the science and benefits of detoxing in general, and in particular at the increasingly popular Bio-energiser Aqua Detox footspa treatment.

What is detoxing?

Detoxing is a chemical process that happens naturally in our bodies at the cellular level. During the day sodium and calcium enter our cells, creating an acidic environment. At night potassium and magnesium enter the cells, recreating an alkali balance for the start of the new day. This cycle is the day/night cleanse or detox, and maintaining it is crucial to good health.

Many aspects of the modern lifestyle unfortunately disrupt this detox process. For example excess cholesterol can coat cell membranes and impede the chemical exchange. Dehydration can have a similar effect, and one of the causes of dehydration is stress – and there is no shortage of stress in the modern lifestyle.

article continued

The increased level of toxins in the air we breathe and the food we eat, and the increasing acidity of that food, is also making it harder for the detox cycle to do its job. The result of all this is a body that is under more strain, and more liable to break down and become diseased.

Our skin is the body’s first port of call for eliminating toxins, which is why it becomes ‘sensitive’ or ‘breaks out’, and we glumly see it becoming dull, lifeless and spotty, with dark circles under the eyes. All these things are the sign of a toxic system.

Apart from skin problems many other common medical complaints such as menstrual pain, arthritis, insomnia, headaches, chronic fatigue, cellulite or sinus problems can benefit from assisting the body’s own detox process.

Helping the body detox

Taking nutritional supplements such as milk thistle may help, but such methods only attempt to treat a single part of a balanced system, so more holistic methods are needed too. Other dietary approaches call for large change in the our diet, an approach that men especially can find hard to keep up, as these changes my involve expensive shopping trips for wheatgrass and other ‘exotic’ juices.

Another way to help the detox process is to receive treatments such as massage, which help create movements in the fluids of the body and can assist in removing toxins from cells.Anything that keeps the skin clear can be beneficial, such as exfoliating, skin brushing, and steam rooms is also beneficial.

And now there is an increasingly popular salon treatment known as ‘Bio-energiser Aqua Detox’.

Bio-energiser Aqua Detox treatments

The Bio-energy Detox Spa was invented by Dr Mark Draper, who trained and practised at Guys Hospital in London, going on to specialise in nutrition and complementary medicine.

Dr Draper noticed how the body expels toxins through the skin, especially the palms of the hands and soles of the feet (which have approximately 2000 pores designed for that very purpose), and this observation became the basis for the Bio-energiser Aqua Detox treatment.

Aqua Detox is performed by placing your feet into a specially-designed salt water detox footspa which contains an electrical device that passes bio-energetic electrical energy around your whole body.

Over the course of a half-hour treatment this energy gently resonates to every cell as the blood does a complete circuit of the body, helping the cells to offload toxins and take up fresh oxygen, nutrition and hydration.

The toxins are carried out, via blood and lymph, through the skin, in particular through the pores of the soles of the feet, and are sucked into the bowl of the Aqua Detox foot spa.

The effect can be clearly seen as the toxins mix with the saline and change its color, the salt water turning anything from a weak tea colour to a green so dark it is nearly black. Smokers often notice a strong smell too. Typically, the more disgusting the colour, the more horrified women are, and the more pleased men tend to be.

The effect of Bio-energiser Aqua Detox

After detoxing, people often report that their symptoms have improved as the toxic load that caused them is removed. Energy levels go up and people feel revitalised.

Dr Draper is currently involved in trials assessing the benefits of this system for people with a variety of different conditions. Healthcare professionals are learning more about its benefits in cases of skin conditions such as psoriasis, circulation problems including lymphodoedema, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and arthritis.

And there is an additional reason for the increasing popularity of Bio-energiser Aqua Detox as a detox method. Sadly, we are a nation, if not world, of quick fixers and are often not prepared or able to take the time out of our busy lifestyles to cleanse ourselves.

The big advantage for many people of Bio-energiser Aqua Detox is that it is a simple salon treatment that offers the benefits of detoxing for those – often men – who find making wholesale lifestyle changes difficult but still want to cleanse their bodies and feel better and healthier. So Aqua Detox is not just effective, but compared to many other detox treatments it is very simple and easy, and so ideally suited to many people.

Flat Stanley’s Antarctic expedition – News – EducaPoles

Flat Stanley rides a skidoo with Alain Hubert in the Sør Rondane Mountains.

© International Polar Foundation

Last February, the International Polar Foundation (IPF) received an e-mail from Auni, an 8 year old student in the United States. She was working on the Flat Stanley project in school and wanted to know if her Flat Stanley could travel to Antarctica.

Flat Stanley is the main character of a children’s book. In the story, Stanley is flattened by a big bulletin board that falls from the wall while he is sleeping. As a result, he can travel around the world by being sent in an envelope. He can also travel by e-mail. This is a great way for him to discover many different places and share his experiences with everyone!

As each student creates his or her Flat Stanley and learns about the places he has been to, the project provides a great opportunity for the whole class to discover many new places around the world. For the project, Auni’s Flat Stanley had already been on every continent except for Antarctica.  She therefore sent her Flat Stanley to us by e-mail to Brussels (Belgium) and asked whether he could join a team in Antarctica.

Her request was very timely as an IPF team was in fact preparing an expedition to Antarctica.

Flat Stanley was able to travel to East Antarctica with the IPF team led by Alain Hubert. They have now come back and we have received pictures of his expedition to Novolazarevskaya station (Novo) and the Sør Rondane Mountains.

During the expedition, he discovered Novo and the environment around the Princess Elisabeth Station and met many people including a scientist from the Alfred Wegener institute, the pilots of the planes and people in charge of logistics. He was very busy! He experienced stormy weather, rode a skidoo with Alain Hubert and camped at Utsteinen! Have a look at the picture gallery of his expedition to learn more about his experience of Antarctica.

Generating WordPress posts based on a CSV file with article topics – CyberSEO Pro

In this article, we will explore another method of generating articles using artificial intelligence and CyberSEO Pro. This time, we will use a pre-prepared list of topics as the basis for our WordPress posts. In this particular example, we will use a single-column CSV file containing the titles of the most popular apple pie recipes.

If you find it difficult to create a list of topics on the subject you are interested in, simply ask ChatGPT to provide you with a list of, say, 100 article titles on any topic – be it culinary recipes, quotes from great thinkers of the past, or weight loss tips. The only limit is your imagination.

So, you have a list of topics for your posts in the form of a column of strings containing their titles. Now simply copy this list into the “Dump” field in the CSV or text dump tab of the CyberSEO Pro Syndicator.

Select the data type to which each row in your list will belong. Since we want all elements of the CSV file to correspond to WordPress post titles, select “Title” from the first drop-down menu in the “Dump Format” section.

In addition to the post titles, your CSV file can include any additional information, such as unique image URLs for each post, like this:

Title|Image URL

or like this:

Title;Image URL

In the first case, you will need to choose “|” in the “Delimiter” drop-down menu, and in the second case select “;”

In the “Dump Format” section, you will need to define two imported elements: “Title” and “Thumbnail”. Accordingly, each image corresponding to the title will be contained in the XML tag <thumb> (you probably remember that CyberSEO Pro plugin always converts any imported content source into XML format for the convenience of its further processing).

This way, you can add images from the CSV file to your posts by simply specifying their HTML code in the “Post content” field in the “Advanced” tab of your feed settings. For example, like this

<img src="https://www.cyberseo.net/blog/generating-wordpress-posts-based-on-a-csv-file-with-article-topics/%xml_tags[thumb]%">
%post_content%

Let’s not complicate this article with additional elements and assume that we do not have any apple pie image links, just the list of recipe titles we obtained, for example, using ChatGPT. To simplify this demonstration, we will use random apple pie images from the free stock site Pixabay.

So, you have pasted the contents of your CSV file into the “Dump” field and selected “Title” in the “Dump Format” section. Now click the “Import Dump” button and proceed to configure your feed.

Import a CSV dump wit CyberSEO Pro

First, give it a name to avoid confusion with other feeds in the CyberSEO Pro Syndicator. Select the desired category, set up tags, and other options as you wish. The main thing you need to do is select “Title only” in the “Check for duplicates by” drop-down menu. This is necessary to ensure that each title from your CSV list is used only once, as we are not going to modify the original recipe titles!

Next, go to the AI article generation tab and choose “OpenAI GPT” as the AI article generator. Remove the content of the “Post title assignment” field to keep the WordPress post titles the same as the apple pie recipe titles, as mentioned earlier.

In the “Article assignment” field, write your assignment for OpenAI GPT using the shortcode %post_title%, which the plugin will replace with the strings from your CSV file (you previously defined their data type as “Title”). Be sure to clearly and accurately formulate your OpenAI GPT assignment. Be creative and do not copy the example from the video tutorial, as it is too simple and is intended for demonstration purposes only.

CyberSEO Pro: Check for duplicates by Title only

Choose the desired OpenAI GPT model and the preferred size of the generated articles (in our case – recipes). The video tutorial below uses the OpenAI GPT-4 model with a desired maximum article size of 7,000 tokens.

Now switch to the Image generation tab, select the image placement in your post, for example, “above content”, and specify the image name for searching in the Pixabay free image stock. In our case, it is “apple pie”. Also, if you want, you can choose the type of added images – “photo”, “illustration”, or “all”.

On the Media handling tab, we recommend enabling the “Store images locally” option to prevent hotlinking images from Pixabay and instead save them on your own server.

If you have done everything correctly, simply click the “Syndicate This Feed” button, and the CyberSEO Pro plugin will be ready to automatically generate new WordPress articles with apple pie recipes for you.

If you still have any questions about the process of automatically generating WordPress posts, based on a CSV list, just watch this video.

We wish you culinary success with CyberSEO Pro and OpenAI GPT!

Mineral makeup: what is it and why is it better for your skin? – The Beauty Biz

A mineral makeup FAQ – what makes these cosmetics so popular?

Author: Charlotte Kuchinsky
August 19 2007

In recent years mineral makeup has taken the cosmetic world by storm. Paving the way since 1976 is the pioneering brand, Bare Escentuals i.d., which now finds itself in competition with some of the most famous cosmetic brands in the world. But what exactly is mineral makeup and why is it better for your skin?

What is mineral makeup?

Mineral makeup, in its purest form, is makeup that comes directly from the minerals of earth. However, it isn’t just the minerals that make the makeup unique; the process through which the minerals are finely ground is just as important, because it is the light, airy “feel” of a good mineral makeup, its amazing covering power and the fact that it doesn’t clog pores that make it the most popular cosmetic of the new millennium.

Genuine mineral makeup products are free from preservatives, artificial colors, talc, oils, fragrances and other skin irritants. They don’t use fillers or binders and are virtually weightless. Such products remain true to the original concept of providing natural makeup while managing to provide adjustable coverage from light to full.

article continued

In contrast, several highly respected cosmetic brands have opted not to remain true to the purity of earth minerals. They choose to add oil, talc, waxes, fillers, colors, binders, preservatives, or other chemical additives to their formulas.

A controversial issue is the inclusion of an ingredient called bismuth oxycholoride. While it is true that bismuth oxycholoride is a mineral, it isn’t one found naturally from the earth, being a by-product of lead and copper processing. Some companies choose to use this mineral because of its pearlizing agent, which gives skin a wonderful “candlelight glow.” Others use it because of its “filling” or “bulking” properties. Either way, bismuth oxycholoride can irritate skin, causing it to break out in a rash or itch uncontrollably.

Some mineral makeup brands, for example Bare Minerals, do in fact contain bismuth oxycholoride. Supposedly the amounts are so small that the company can legitimately continue to claim its products are “100% bare minerals”, but the use of the lead and copper by-products, not always listed on product labels, certainly can be construed as misleading. In general anyone with extremely sensitive skin should check the product label for this ingredient.

Why is mineral makeup better for the skin?

Pure mineral makeup is believed to be better for all types of skin – especially sensitive skin, skin that is prone to acne, and skin that is typically reacts allergically to cosmetics – because it doesn’t contain the oils, waxes, artificial colors, chemicals or preservatives that typically dry out or irritate skin.

Mineral make up is known as “non-comedogenic”, meaning it does not clog skin pores, another advantage. And mineral makeup that contains titanium dioxide or zinc oxide has the extra benefit of providing a natural protection from the ultra-violet rays of the sun. These two ingredients also have anti-inflammatory properties, can actually have a calming effect on the skin, and have proven to be particularly effective for those who suffer from skin problems like rosacea or acne.

Many dermatologists even believe that mineral cosmetics are safer for those recovering from chemical peels, laser resurfacing, and plastic surgery. However most would draw the line at calling any makeup “healthy” for the skin or “safe enough to sleep in.” While they agree that mineral makeups are healthier than traditional cosmetics, they are quick to point out that no makeup at all is an even better choice.

What kind of makeup is available in mineral form?

The answer to that question depends somewhat upon the cosmetic brand involved. Bare Minerals, the original product line that everyone seeks to emulate, has a wide variety of cosmetics including:

  • concealers
  • foundations
  • veils
  • blushes (or mineral colors)
  • eyeshadows
  • glimmers
  • eyeliners
  • mascaras
  • lipsticks

… and more! The thing I like most about mineral makeup like Bare Minerals is that you can mix the products to create combinations of your own. For example, in the winter, I mix the light mineral foundation together with the medium to create the perfect color for me. In the summer, I can wear the medium foundation just as it comes. Those that worry that the powder foundation won’t provide enough coverage, can relax, as it can also be applied with a damp sponge for a more thorough coverage. It really works for just about everyone.

I also like using the same mineral color (or blush) for my cheeks, eyes, and/or lips. I brush on a light amount to bring a soft glow to my cheeks; apply a darker concentration of color on my eyelids for shadow; and dip a lip balm into the same color to bring the perfect amount of color to my lips. The mineral color can also be used wet; when I want a dramatic deep color on my lids, I generally apply it wet, and I sometimes just use it as a (wet) eyeliner to bring more drama to the eyes.

Because you can double up or even triple up the use of your mineral makeup, in the long run you can save considerable money that can be applied toward another beauty purchase.

Who sells mineral makeup?

It seems that virtually every cosmetic company is moving in the mineral makeup direction, and there are a lot of new cosmetic lines being formed around the mineral blend. Here is a list of several companies offering mineral makeup:

  • Almay Pure Blend Mineral
  • Bare Escentuals i.d.’s Bare Minerals
  • Cover Girl Tru-Blend With Minerals
  • Erth’s Pure Minerals
  • L’Oreal Bare Naturale
  • Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen’s Bare Effects
  • Neutrogena Mineral Sheers
  • Physicians Formula Mineral Wear (powder and cream)
  • Sheer Cover

Some of the cosmetic brands that have just entered into the mineral makeup market are limited to a few products like foundations, concealers, and/or blushes. However, if their mineral line takes off you can bet that they will add more products.

A final word of caution: read the product label for any mineral product you are considering. The awful truth is that many of those promising mineral cosmetics are in no way, shape, or form based on “pure minerals.” Many contain some of the very skin irritants that you might be trying to avoid, so make sure you know exactly what you’re buying!
